Should I stay with a temp job where people know me and like me or take my chance with something thats permanent?

I am currently working a temp job where the people know and like me but the pay is kinda low or i could take a permanent job where i do the same job, it pays more but its all new people and a new environment also kinda booked days off where i am right now pretty soon, and i think it would look bad if i asked for those same days when starting a new place kinda looking for some opinions or advice on what to do thanks
