Crusader’s Quest reoccuring problem?

The problem is that everytime i would load up the game it would take like 15 minutes to get into it but now i cant even get past it initializing, Ive had this problem eversince i got the got the game which is like a couple months after it first came out and stopped for a bit. Is it suppose to redownload everything everytime i open the game. Ive yried putting this complaint on the google play store page review for the game and the games twitter but that was about two weeks ago and havent got a response from either thi gs
