Alienware Desktop won’t Boot?

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .

My friend has an Alienware desktop that won’t boot up after a dog sat on the power cord and made it flicker on and off about 5 times rapidly. I plugged both hard drives into my computer and they show up as 99.9 megabytes. I tried putting my SSD with my OS into his computer and it wouldn’t boot. I dont know a ton about computer but I know a little. Please help and thanks in advance
